This "Privacy Protection Policy and User Agreement" does not apply to the services provided to you by other third parties through the APP. The information you provide to third parties is not subject to this "Privacy Protection Policy and User Agreement". For the consequences arising from providing or sharing your personal information with third parties when using their services, you are solely responsible for them.

Part One: Definitions

"Miniscope" application service: Refers to the application services provided by the developer and operator of the "Miniscope" APP, which are designed to facilitate the provision of online services for users.

"Miniscope" application service provider: Refers to the team that develops and provides the "Miniscope" application products and services. Hereinafter referred to as "we".

Personal Information: Refers to various types of information recorded electronically or otherwise, which, when alone or in combination with other information, can identify the identity of a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person.

Personal sensitive information: This includes ID card numbers, mobile phone numbers, personal biometric information, bank account numbers, property information, travel tracks, transaction information, and the personal information of children under the age of 14 (inclusive).

Personal information deletion: This refers to the act of removing personal information from the systems involved in the execution of daily business functions, so as to keep it in an unsearchable and inaccessible state.

Part Two Legal Declaration

I. Rights Ownership

The logo, text, graphics and their combinations of the "Miniscope" App, as well as other identifiers, emblems, and the name of the "Miniscope" App service, are the exclusive identifiers of the "Miniscope" APP in China and other countries. Without our written authorization, no entity or individual is allowed to display, use or otherwise handle them in any way (including but not limited to copying, disseminating, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading), nor is it permitted to indicate to others that you have the right to display, use or otherwise handle them.

All services, technologies, and all applications or their components/functionalities of the "Miniscope" App (hereinafter referred to as "technical services") and the intellectual property rights thereof belong to the "Miniscope" App or its rights holders. Unless otherwise stated, the "Miniscope" App holds all rights to the published documents and other information (including but not limited to text, graphics, images, photos, audio, video, icons, colors, layout design, electronic documents), including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, and all other related rights. Without our permission, No unit or individual is allowed to use the above content without authorization. (including but not limited to monitoring, copying, rebroadcasting, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading any content within the "Miniscope" App through programs or devices). Those authorized to browse, copy, print and disseminate the information content of the "Miniscope" App and its services shall not use it for commercial purposes and must indicate the source of reference and declare the rights ownership as ours.

II. Limitation of Liability

Users of the "Miniscope" APP upload, provide and publish relevant information by themselves, including but not limited to personal information, user names, company names, contact persons and contact details, related pictures, information, etc. All such information is provided by the users themselves. The users of the "Miniscope" App must bear all legal responsibilities for any information they provide.

The "Miniscope" App hereby reminds you that during your use of the "Miniscope" App products and services, you must abide by the laws of the People's Republic of China, refrain from endangering network security, and not use the "Miniscope" App products and services to engage in activities that infringe upon others' reputation, privacy, intellectual property rights, or other legitimate rights and interests. Despite this reminder, the "Miniscope" App does not assume any responsibility for the purposes and intentions of your use of the "Miniscope" App products and services. If you engage in any illegal usage, we have the right to suspend your account and report the matter to the relevant authorities in accordance with the law.

Part Three Privacy Protection Policy

This application respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all users who use the service. To provide you with more accurate and secure services, this application will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy. However, this application will treat these information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise stipulated in this privacy policy, this application will not disclose or provide these information to third parties without your prior permission. After you voluntarily deactivate your account, we will cease providing you with our products or services, and handle your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

Regarding the account cancellation process of the "Miniscope" App, you can achieve account cancellation through the account cancellation function of the "Miniscope" App.

2. Provide products or services to you

1) The information we collect during your use of the service

In order to provide you with more intelligent hardware or software that better meets your needs, as well as page displays and search results, to understand the product compatibility and identify abnormal account statuses, we will collect information about your use of the products and services, as well as your usage methods, and will associate these pieces of information. The information includes:

Device Information: Based on the specific permissions you grant during the installation and use of the software, we will receive and record the relevant information of the device you are using (such as IMEI serial number, operator name, mobile phone number, etc.) as well as the location-related information of the device (such as GPS/Beidou location information and sensor information from base stations, etc.).

Please note that individual device information, log information, etc. are not information that can identify a specific natural person. If we combine such non-personal information with other information for the purpose of identifying a specific natural person, or combine it with personal information, during the period of combined use, such non-personal information will be regarded as personal information. Unless with your authorization or in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify this type of personal information.

When you contact us, we may retain your communication/voice call records and contents, or the contact information you provide, etc., in order to contact you, help you solve problems, or record the handling plans and results of related issues.

2) The information we collect during your use of the personalized recommendation service

Log: When you use our APP, we will automatically collect detailed usage information about your services from you, and save it as network logs. For example, your mobile phone identification code (IMEI), the date and time of the visit, the duration of the visit, software and hardware characteristics information, the web pages you requested, and the "Miniscope" App service cookies information, etc.

Service Usage Information: We will record the information you submit or generate when using the "Miniscope" App and services, as well as setting information (such as remembering passwords, password modification times), etc.

3. Provide you with security protection

To prevent, detect and investigate fraud, infringement, safety hazards, illegal or actions that violate our policies or rules, we may collect or integrate your user information, service usage information, device information, log information, as well as the information obtained from our partners with your authorization or shared in accordance with the law.

The purpose of "Miniscope" App in collecting and using the aforementioned information is to better operate the "Miniscope" App.

If we cease to operate the "Miniscope" App or service, we will promptly cease any further collection of your personal information. We will notify you of the cessation of operations either by individual delivery or through public announcement, and handle your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

The "Miniscope" App features an industry-leading data-centric data security management system that is centered around the data lifecycle. It enhances the security of the entire system from multiple dimensions, including organizational setup, system design, personnel management, and product technology.

We will take reasonable and feasible measures to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information. We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy, and will not retain it beyond this period unless it is necessary to extend the retention period or within the legally permitted period.

After a personal information security incident occurs unfortunately, we will promptly inform you in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations: the basic situation and possible impacts of the incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks independently, and remedial measures for you. We will inform you of the relevant situation through emails, letters, phone calls, push notifications, etc. When it is difficult to inform each individual information subject one by one, we will issue a public announcement in a reasonable and effective manner. Otherwise, you will not be able to use the existing "Miniscope" App and services.
